Bio+Mine Turns Over Water Distribution Equipment to Sto. Niño Community

Tublay, Benguet – On 31 January 2024, the Bio+Mine team turned over water tanks, pipes, faucets, and other accessories for water resource distribution to the Sto. Niño community in Ambassador, Tublay. The turnover ceremony was attended by Sto. Niño’s Indigenous Peoples’ (IP) leaders and staff of the Sto. Niño Farmers Association (SANFA).

The Bio+Mine team worked with the community to identify water sources with sufficient flow rates and potential location of water tanks. The community will install the water tanks under the supervision of the Barangay Captain Sison Balawen.

Five tanks will be installed by the community, providing them with additional water supply for domestic use.
