The conference is part of the Korea International Water Week 2023, an annual gathering of stakeholders involved in addressing global water challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Bio+Mine team presented the design and deployment of limestone leach beds for passive treatment of the acid mine drainage in Sto. Ni\u00f1o, Tublay, Benguet. The limestone leach beds were installed on 31 October &#8211; 3 November following the consent of and agreement with the Indigenous Peoples\u2019 leaders and local community.
